Amber Rose Tamblyn (May 14, 1983) is an American actress and writer, born in Santa Monica, California.

She started her career on the soap opera General Hospital. Nationwide celebrity status came to her as she starred on the prime-time series Joan of Arcadia.

Her feature film work includes roles in the first two The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants films, The Ring, The Grudge 2 and 127 Hours. Amber also had a long arc on the hit series House and spent some time on the set of sitcom series Two and a Half Men.

Amber Tamblyn is married to David Cross. Together they have one kid.
