Yuriko Kikuchi or as she better known in US Rinko Kikuchi (January 6, 1981) is a Japanese film actress, born in Hadano, Kanagawa.

She was the first Japanese actress to be nominated for an Academy Award in 50 years (for the role in Babel). Her other notable work include Norwegian Wood, two movies in Pacific Rim franchise, Treasure Hunter (got her an Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Female Lead) and others.

Rinko had a recurring role in second season of HBO’s series Westworld.

She is married to japanese actor Shōta Sometani. Together they have one child.
