Elsa Benítez Yáñez (December 8, 1977) is a Mexican model and television presenter, born in Hermosillo, Sonora.
She is best known for her cooperation with the Sports Illustrated (mostly the Swimsuit Issue). She was on the cover of SI in 2001.
As a model Elsa Benitez worked for Chanel, Valentino, Christian Lacroix, Versace, Fendi, Christian Dior, Pierre Balmain, Karl Lagerfeld, John Galliano, Gianfranco Ferre, MaxMara, Salvatore Ferragamo, Chloé, Escada, Emanuel Ungaro, Massimo Dutti and CoverGirl.
For several years Elsa hosted Mexico’s Next Top Model.
