Mélanie Thierry (17 July 1981) is a French actress, model and director, born in Saint-Germain-en-Laye.

She began her career as a model, then moved into acting, getting roles in local French productions. At the age of 18 she first appeared in The Legend of 1900. Thierry made her Hollywood début in the 2008 film Babylon A.D.

For her performance in One of the Road Melanie Thierry won César Award for Most Promising Actress. She also was nominated for another Cesar for her role in The Dancer.
