Benicio Monserrate Rafael del Toro Sánchez (February 19, 1967) is a Puerto Rican actor, born in San German, Puerto Rico.
He won an Academy Award, BAFTA Award, Golden Globe Award and SAG Award for the Best Supporting role in the movie Traffic. He also had a chance to repeat his success with Alejandro González Iñárritu’s movie 21 Grams, but was only nominated.
Benicio del Toro acquired Spanish citizenship in 2011. He is not married, although he is raising a child with Kimberly Stewart (daughter of Rod Stewart).
His latest films include two movies in the Sicario series, Avengers: Infinity War and Star Wars: The Last Jedi. He also starred in the tv series Escape at Dannemora.
