Kathryn Bridget Moynahan (April 28, 1971) is an American actress and model, born in Binghamton, New York.

She started her career as a model for TV ads. Only after several TV spots were filmed she decided to take acting lessons. Her on-scren debut in TV series was a recurring role in the HBO notable series Sex and the City. Her latest successful project is the CBS police drama Blue Bloods (currently in its ninth season).

Before marriage to Andrew Frankel, Bridget Moynahan dated New Eangland Patriots QB Tom Brady.

In school Moynahan was a captain of girls’ soccer, basketball, and lacrosse teams.
