Alexandra Burke

Alexandra Imelda Cecelia Ewen Burke, better known as Alexandra Burke (25 August 1988) is an English singer and actress, born in Islington, London.

She became famous after winning Season 5 of the British TV show The X Factor. Later she signed contracts with music labels Epic Records, RCA Records and Syco Music. Several of Alexandra’s singles have reached top positions on the UK Singles Chart and UK Top 10 hits.

Up to this date Alexandra Burke released 3 studio albums. Still the most success came to the debut record – Overcome (2 times Platinum in both UK and Republic of Ireland).

Alexandra is avid music theater performer – she becan starring The Bodyguard Musical in 2014 and currently reprising her role in UK and Ireland Nationwide tour. Other features include – Sister Act Musical, Chicago and Chess.
